Motorcycle T Shirts

I think that I saw it on the E channel. This guy was real cocky and gets a ticket. He is in court fighting it and lifts his shirt to show the judge his abs. Then she finds him guilty and thinking he is tough he goes out to his motorcycle and tries to take off real fast and loses control and wrecks. It is hilarious. Please help me find it
