I need some cheap stores with really high fashion clothes. not ridiculously high fashion to where it looks funny, but fashion like normal people would wear.

They don’t have too many statement pieces persay, but they have alot of good basics. They’re best know for they’re jeans and graphic tees; both great!
I also think Nordstrom, Macy’s and H&M would be great for you. (Macy’s and Nordstrom both have the option of buying online, but H&M doesn’t.) I don’t know how close you are to a metropolitan area, but we have like two within 50 miles of Cleveland, Ohio, so…. there’s a chance! H&M is just what you’re looking for. It’s great, edgy, fashionable stuff for cheap. Well, as cheap as you can get with out falling apart!
I’ve also found the occasional ‘fashionoista piece" at Marshalls and TJMaxx, too. That’s what I call rock-bottom prices!
Old Navy is good for basics like solid cardigans or tanks.
