I live in a conservative Christian town. Though I am an atheist I respect their beliefs and I don’t force my opinions onto them. However, I support gay rights. So I bought a t-shirt just for the heck of it. Well, I wore it to my high school’s early orientation and I have never been threatened so much in my life. My fellow classmates were yelling at me, their mothers were SCREAMING at me claiming I was under the demon powers of the devil. I’m getting threats even when I just go to the post office. Grown adults are actually writing rude religious sayings on my car! On facebook my classmates lecture me on how being gay is unnatural and against the bible. All for wearing a gay rights t-shirt.

My t-shirt had nothing rude written on it. it just said: Support love. with images of a straight couple and gay couples. nothing obsense or anything.

Anyways, what do I do about these people? It’s like their living in the dark age! I don’t want them to follow through on their threats and brand a cross on my back. (Yes, I did get a threat saying they were going to brand a cross on my back.)

I’ve already gone to the police and they said they can’t do anything until something harmful is actually DONE.

I’m not afraid of these people, just afraid of what their religion is telling them to do.

What do I do? Please help.

Well first of all thnx for supporting us!, we love people like you!, well there isnt much to do i mean if you firm about your belief or disbelief i think you should stay and fight for what you believe in, but if you are just a supporter im assuming u live somewhere in Alabama or kentucky or something i think you should move to a bigger city where people are more accepting of atheist and everything you are! but your prolly not an adult huh?, well just keep on fighting if you get an opportunity to sue go for it lool and dont let go your beliefs..

I’m wondering are there high tech fabrics out there which won’t show up much sweat while still allowing air circulation, sun protection, etc?

Dark colors help. Wicking polyesters also help because they pick up the perspiration and wick it to the outside surface fairly evenly, but even they can be overcome by too low an evaporation rate.

And polyester has a high UPF factor all on its own.

Where can i buy the t shirt that Paul Rodriguez is wearing in this video? At 4:51 there is a good shot of it.

I need to order about 100-125 white t-shirt in different sizes. They just need to be white and the normal crew cut t-shirt for about $1 a t-shirt. I’ve searched online and it has been like $5 a t-shirt. Does anybody know a wholesale website that sell really cheap t-shirts?

Hey, I am very useless with clothes shopping have a bunch of questions. :3 Don’t worry about answering all of them, just answer the ones you want.

1. How many different pairs of jeans should I own? I only have 2 pairs, which isn’t nearly enough because I wear them almost every day. I am very petite, and usually wear hip-hugging, boot-cut or skinny jeans. I don’t like the look of straight leg jeans, they make me look stretched out.

2. What kind of dress would be appropriate for most occasions? Nothing too formal. I prefer mini dresses, but should I go with black or a different color?

3. Should I get tank tops in different colors in the same brand, or should I have multiple sets of different styles? I don’t want layering tank tops to take up too much space in my closet.

4. Where can I find a cute, cheap bag that is comfortable and holds everything? Also, should I go with black or another color?

5. What kinds of tops would look best on me for parties and such? Not just regular t-shirts. I am very petite, but am also very filled out where I’m supposed to be. I have a very hard time choosing tops. My rule is that it can show a little cleavage and/or have an open back, but not show excessive amounts of skin.

6. Do I need a pair of dress pants and button-down shirt? I am 16 and looking for a job, but so far it has shown impossible to even get to the interview stage, and I doubt that I will be needing them anytime soon.

7. What is a really good material for spring/fall coats? Since I am so skinny, keeping warm in even 60 degree weather is difficult and I never seem to dress for the weather. I end up sweating in winter coats or freezing in light jackets.

8. Where do I find cute, plain black flats? I hate heels, but when I go to look for regular flats they are always hideous, uncomfortable materials like leather or plastic, or have random things added them like giant bows, sequins, etc.

9. Should I get a leather jacket? I like them but I don’t want to look like a biker chick.

1. I own about 9 pair of jeans, but really.. i think a person should have like four or five? if you wear them A LOT, then just go get some skinny jeans at ross or marshall for 20 bucks. four or five jeans should be fine to repeat. :]
2. i think sun dresses or just strap dresses would be best for ANY occasion. put on a jacket or cardigan with some flats and you should be good to go.
3. i have fruit of the loom tank tops. and i have a lot of colors, gray pink black white. it doesnt matter if you get them in different brands, because tank tops are tank tops right?
4. just go to target or wal mart and if you’re girly forever 21 :] black sounds like a good color for a bag, because its going to be with you a lot, and it’ll be getting dirty.
5. get some blouses. those are perfect for petite girls. :]
6. that’d be a wise idea, but you can always get a black or gray skirt a button up and a jacket.
7. cotton? LOL, i’m not very sure about this..
8. OMG, i was going shopping for flats, and i just wanted the same thing you got. goodness, took FOREVER. :/ i went to target, payless shoes. try there. ;]

i’m the kind of girl who likes to wear t shirts and jeans with my converse I am a musician as well…if im wearing nicer clothes i feel very uncomfortable..I am in need of a new leather jacket since mine is pretty much worn out. I prefer the motorcycle looking jackets. is there a way i can pull this off and look good without people thinking im a lesbian?? please help!

You can wear a black leather jacket, with any colored top. Match the top with either the bags or shoes. I have created some outfits for you, and every item is under 50 dollars. It has either black or red converse, but instead of the red converse you can pair it with some red heels if you want to go less casual. I also have an outfit with blue sandals and a blue top. Also, either the shirt or bag is very feminine, so it makes the jacket look less masculine. I hope this helps.
